Hello Lucy, we investigated your notifications and can verify that our server is sending them to the email address we have on file for your account. I attached a screenshot of our email log so you can see all the times & dates by which the notifications are sent. (Note that we blotted out your email address for privacy)
If you use a desktop application for mail (like Outlook or Thunderbird), be sure to check your email via webmail (the email provider’s website, like Gmail or Hotmail). If the emails appear online, the issue is with the computer’s application and may require updating the app or creating a new email profile.
