Hello Charley, we investigated your notifications and can verify that our server is sending them to the email address we have on file for your account. I attached a screenshot of our email log so you can see all the times & dates by which the notifications are sent. (Note that we blotted out your email address for privacy)
Steps to fix this:
Step 1: Thoroughly check your email client for the lost messages:
In addition to your Spam/Junk Folder, check your “Quarantine” or “Bulk” folder if your email system has one.
Step 2: Contact Your Email Administrator (Key Step)
Because you use a private domain, your email has strict security rules. The person or company that manages your email account is the only one who can fix this.
Please contact your IT Administrator, Web Host, or whoever helps you manage your website’s email and ask them to whitelist our entire domain (or add it to the Safe Senders List):
