This seems to point to a front-end caching or redirect behavior that our senior tech team will need to review. Weekend support is limited, but we are compiling all your reports so they have a full picture when they begin work.
You do not need to flush your DNS or do anything advanced if you’re not comfortable.
Temporary workaround:
Until we secure a permanent fix, the most reliable way to access the site is:

Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History & Website Data (iPad/iPhone)

Re-enter the NEI site manually (not from a bookmark)

Avoid logging out unless needed; simply close the tab instead
