Coughing. Yes, but not dry! Mucus coming up big time post flu.🤮 Major nausea and bloating too. Flares hit my Solar plexus every single …. time 😩 presenting as gastritis- inflamed stomach lining, no appetite. Cutting pain if I do, even with water. Not funny anymore. Felt this was a major clearing. Im a bit over ‘clearing’. Have commanded and decreed that I don’t need this intensity of transfiguration any more… please.
Also the inflammatory nature of this past month with all its X class flares had me hit with another token blasting of my frayed nervous system with a couple of small outbreaks of shingles blisters and the ache of my body being on its last nerve. Itchy skin too- feeling heated.
Just beginning to feel vaguely ok today and yes, immediate response to my thoughts (especially if negative/frustrated). Got to walk on eggshells around myself! 😅
