I also can relate to the in-between phase we’re in – moving toward the more wholesome and life-giving ways of eating while wrestling with the lifelong (and beyond) ingrained patterns.
Thank you for the reminder re: self-compassion. It is so necessary as we divest from the conditioning and observe as our bodies detox, experience withdrawal, trigger fight/flight, fears and narratives arise, etc.
I’ll report back on the session as I’m sure that there will be some helpful indications for everyone. ????
