Hi all, if you have trouble posting or replying in the groups or forum section of the site and receive this notification “ERROR: Slow down; you move too fast” – this is very likely an internet server issue. Since the pandemic, internet servers are overloaded and can be spotty at times.

What you can do in this case:

– refresh your browser

– pause between postings when the internet is clogged

– clear cache

– try a different browser
