I’m wiped out today . Intense neck, head and upper back tension and fatigue, not just physical but emotional fatigue of being here in this time space reality.

And then some in going Womb stuff too.

Feels like a clash of heart and head

We had big electric storms here last night which I felt affect my body.

It still surprises me just how physical these upgrades/energies are.

Self care of The body feels like it’s really important at the moment .
