I would love to add here something about dogs. They always showed up to me in dreams when I had loyalty issues going on. So dogs for me represent loyalty. Perhaps you were being loyal to yourself digging Into your “root” to heal whatever needs to be healed. And mushrooms can be dangerous. So maybe there’s a link to being loyal to researching something that’s dangerous.
