Hi @amaraya ! I, too, was one time sitting on my couch and that’s when I felt a presence and somehow knew to do the work. When I do healing on some people, at times passed loved ones come through and want to go to the light but the 3-D human doesn’t want to let them go. I have gotten permission from the human in certain cases and we were able to let souls go to the light together and there was a lot of emotion with that. And there were other times where the human still wasn’t ready to let them go. I just trust in the order. I have definitely felt emotions during this kind of work but nothing that stays with me or that is heavy. So I trust that my physical body is used as a release to go into the light and I’m fine with that. Much love to you! This isn’t work for the everyday human! I certainly don’t talk about to many. Although I’m now considering creating a blog on the subject. I’m sure there are people out there who do this but I’m afraid to talk about it
