That really makes sense Lauren for me. Last night after sharing and in bed I kept awake until 1.30 am last time I saw the clock. My womb space, uterus, Grail felt like it was being washed/filled by the light. Big activity there. Then this morning my body released some toxines in an obvious way/path…..
