Very meaningful thread. Thank you Kathryn for launching it with your description of the land you find yourself wandering through. It accurately describes what I was experiencing for at least two weeks, and am only these last 2-3 days lifted out of the hell realms. I agree with it being old trauma resurfacing, even after we were quite sure it had been cleared with countless purgings over years. For me it’s tied in with the horror of planetary trauma. But then January is often a bear for me.
