    Hello Sofia. No other issues of this are being reported so we can try to help you troubleshoot on your end with some basic questions:

    1. Did you reboot your browser after you cleared your cache?
    2. Does this issue occur on mobile or desktop or both?
    3. Does this issue occur on all web browsers…eg Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.?
    4. What happens exactly when you try to comment on a post?
    5. Is an error code provided? If so can you provide a screenshot?
