    Yes we have choice. Psychologically, if there is too much fear, too little safety, too much abuse, too little support, the mind and body often donā€™t work in the moment – they freeze.

    I am super glad you knew what to do when your aunt invaded your world! Iā€™ve just begun to enjoy the luxury of choice again.
