I just ran into this issue. It was giving me an recapture error before I even hit enter. I was able to get on using a different browser. Google search suggests clearing my browser’s cache/history which did not work for me. What I just tried that did work was checking “I am not a robot” before entering my username and password. That seemed to work. 🙃
