Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Anne. We were able to replicate the issue on our end and have sent it to senior tech support for assessment. Note that senior support does not work on weekends unless malware is detected so the issue may not be addressed until Monday. In the meantime, and if at all possible, I recommend staying logged into the site to ensure you can retain access. If this is not possible I recommend trying different browsers to log in to see if it will bypass the error code.

UPDATE: In further testing I noticed that the issue is coming in and out which means it could be server-wide. After refreshing the browser a few times and giving it some time to propagate, the sign-in page seems to reappear.
