Hi Tech Team,

A message to let you know that I have had to use a path like a maze to manage to get into the site. If I simply did a log in from the page presentation that shows up when I type NEI in the search bar in Google Chrome. I get the page presentation of NEI then use the log-in link and then I am led to the page oopsie, you look seriously lost.

I have cleared the cash, however it did not solve the problem.

I managed to get in only when I received an e-mail notification and opened it, there I got to a proper log in box with ID and password to fill-in. Prior to that I would not be able to reach that stage.

I sent a mail to Marie for help as I thought I could not enter in anymore.

I log in from a mobile device and use Chrome. My cash is cleared.
