With regard to the error code: Unable to upload the file. Sorry, you are not allowed to upload this file type.

What format are the photos from your Android?

If they are HEIC (high efficiency image container) proprietary format, which is common for cell phones, then that is the issue as the network can only receive <mark style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>jpg, png, and gif</mark>.

You can try texting yourself the photo before uploading which automatically transfers the file to jpeg on some devices.
