Hello Anne, yes you are explaining it well however we can’t replicate the issue on mobile or desktop. The cursor is movable on our end and all the edit functions work properly. (see screen recording) If others report this same issue we can escalate it but we are not permitted to report isolated issues to senior tech support. For basic troubleshooting, I would check to see if this issue is happening on more than one browser and if so be sure your phone OS is up to date. Sometimes a simple reboot can fix a glitch like this too.
