Lauren and many are more experienced at this then I am , so with that said I will just share my experience 😊 Yes it is stronger with those I connected or connect with daily . When I practice with people I haven’t spoken in a long time to see if it works and so far yes😃 Also intent ! Everything must be created from the heart now !
