Lauren and many are more experienced at this then I am , so with that said I will just share my experience ???? Yes it is stronger with those I connected or connect with daily . When I practice with people I haven’t spoken in a long time to see if it works and so far yes???? Also intent ! Everything must be created from the heart now ! Those who are aware of higher gifts and are more tuned in ..yes works quickly , those who may just think that’s odd was thinking of you ???????? takes a little longer.
