Thanks Joe. I can relate to some aspects of your story too. I have the sense that if I hadn’t had the self-worth brakes on (through family dynamics + inherited trauma) I would have become some kind of victimizer. It’s been a hard slog but like you I’m so grateful for the humility and balance, and the opportunity to belong here on TWYH ????
