    Hello Nancy, I relocated your question to the Tech & Site Support forum, feel free to post here in the future if you have any tech-related issues.

    Regarding the weak login prevention- on Sept 1st the site underwent a brute force attack that we are still unraveling from and so we have since taken extra security measures for login credentials.

    Imunify360 is a security solution from our server to ensure the site is safe from various types of attacks and one of those measures of prevention is the requirement for stronger passwords.

    Did you try creating a new password?
